Sue's crab moose

packet of unflavored gelatin (Knox)
1 T water
1 8oz cream cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup Mayo
1 cup diced celery
1 medium onion diced
1 LB lump crabmeat

In a large saucepan dissolve gelatin in water. Add cheese & soup. Heat & whip until smooth. Let cool. In large pan add Mayo, celery, crab, onion mix well. Mix all ingredients together refrigerate overnight covered with plastic wrap. Serve with your favorite crackers.
