Sue's meatballs (banging!)

2 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 T salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 to 3 cups parmesan cheese
1 to 2 T fresh parsley
1/2 to 1 cup bread crumbs
4 to 5 cloves minced garlic to 5 eggs

mix ingredients, add trickle of water to hold balls together. Fry in oil over medium low heat until browned, add to sauce and cook.
I like to make a big pot of spaghetti sauce, add the meatballs, sausage, and ribs to my sauce, cook for 3 to 4 hours, and serve with pasta of choice.
