Potato Salad

5lb potatoes boiled in skins let cool.
6 boiled eggs chopped
salt and pepper to taste
4 to 5 stalks of celery chopped
medium onion chopped
4 sweet pickles chopped
1/2 tsp mustard
32 oz miracle whip (only)
1 carrot diced

*don't over cook or under cook the potatoes. When cooled mix all ingredients refrigerate overnight.
