3 LB mushrooms cleaned & stems removed Mix everything, like you would meatball or meatloaf, stuff each cap with a nice round meatball, insert toothpick into each cap, place on a cookie sheet that has a lip, because mushrooms have a lot of juice, cook, and serve warm.
