Michele's Stuffed Mushroom Hor d'oeurves

3 LB mushrooms cleaned & stems removed
2 T parmesan cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 T parsley chopped
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. basil
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 tsp. instant onion
1/2 LB ground pork
1/2 LB ground veal
1 LB burger

Mix everything, like you would meatball or meatloaf, stuff each cap with a nice round meatball, insert toothpick into each cap, place on a cookie sheet that has a lip, because mushrooms have a lot of juice, cook, and serve warm.

Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes
