| Exotic Mushroom Tart ala Kingsmill
Box of puff pastry 2 sheets Technique; First clean and rough chop your mushooms. Saute the mushrooms in garlic
and shallots, don't forget to add salt and pepper to taste. I usually
divide everything in half and saute in two batches. Cut the leeks and
green onions, and saute them the same way. Take your puff pastry dough
let sit out on the counter so you can work with it. Pam a cookie sheet
and press the puff pastry dough to cover the bottom. Fork the dough
everywhere, you don't want it to rise in the oven. Assembe by placing
cheese first, then the mushroom mixture. Drizzle with truffle oil when
serving if you can find it. Genaurdi's has it in tiny bottles where
the spices are. Bake in oven for about 20 minutes 400 degree oven. You
