Easter Bread

1 package yeast dissolved in 1/3 cup warm water
3/4 cup Luke warm milk
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 stick butter softened
6 eggs slightly beaten
7 1/2 cup flour
1 T aniseed
1 T aniseed oil

Add milk, sugar, butter, seed, anise in a bowl and mix well. All 1/2 cup flour at a time, beat well, kneed until when punched down it springs back. Put in a greased bowl and cover with a tee towel. Let rise until double, punch down and put in greased and floured bread pans. Let rise for 2 hours.
Bake 350 degree oven for 1 hour covered with foil. Last 20 minutes remove foil. to brown the top.
