| Easter Bread
1 package yeast dissolved in 1/3 cup warm water Add milk, sugar, butter, seed, anise in a bowl and mix well. All 1/2
cup flour at a time, beat well, kneed until when punched down it springs
back. Put in a greased bowl and cover with a tee towel. Let rise until
double, punch down and put in greased and floured bread pans. Let rise
